WHEAT FLOUR (Ferry)
Ferry Wheat flour it’s a premium quality flour and the core product of NESSIM Trading Company. NESSIM flour product is highly fortified with vitamins and consists of about 75% to 78% extraction of wheat grain. It is used for the preparation of multiple foods and pastries. Wheat flour remains one of the most important foods in Gambia and West Africa at large. It is usually presented in 50kg specially branded bag with paper.

ANIMAL FEED
Animal feed is the third product of NESSIM Trading Company. It is made from a combination of wheat bran with either groundnut or corn, or rice. It is used primarily for livestock feeding. Animal feed is usually bagged in 40kg branded bag.
WHEAT BRAN
Wheat bran is the second major product of NESSIM Trading Company. It is a bye-product of processed wheat flour. It consists of about 22% to 25% of extracted wheat and is used for a variety of purposes ranging from fiber rich foods for humans to animal and poultry foods. Just like wheat flour, bran is usually bagged in 50kg branded bag.
